Entrepreneur, marketer and technology pioneer Ephraim Rabin is currently a highly sought- after leader within a myriad of industries. His passion and dedication to innovation, supply chain management, and community are the driving forces behind the evolution of his strategic insights and successful businesses.

Ephraim’s command for excellence started at a very early age. His interest in computer technology, marketing and creating sustainable business frameworks are evident as soon as began his career in the chemical industry. His highly contagious energy has placed him among some of the most elite leaders, transcending all industries with his unique ability to envision and create successful outcomes and drive revenue.

During Ephraim’s time at Pace University – Lubin School of Business, this self-motivated leader was able to put himself through school while simultaneously learning the intricacies of a plethora of industries. While his tenure working for other companies was brief, his career began to take off when he set his vision into action by launching Parchem- fine & specialty chemicals. Currently, Parchem is one of the leading global marketers of specialty chemicals around the world. Parchem was just the spring board for this highly acclaimed leader who established a family of companies, all of which are thriving within their own right. Parchem Nutrition was launched in 2002 and provides specialty raw materials for the Nutrition and Pharmaceutical Industries. In 2013, Navux Commerce Solutions was formed, a company which integrates advanced technology into business frameworks to drive sustainability for small, mid and large corporations. Lastly, his passion for art and science manifested itself as the founder and owner of The Mahlstedt Gallery, an international contemporary gallery located in Westchester County.

As a transformational leader, Ephraim’s passion and commitment to the community span beyond the businesses he created. This is illustrated by the number of organizations and boards he is currently actively involved. At present, he is a trustee for the Institute for the Analysis of Global Security, a member of Tiger 21, United States Energy Security Council, National Association of Chemical Distributors (NACD), Society of Chemical Manufacturers and Affiliates (SOCMA) and the Drug, Chemical and Associated Technologies DCAT). Additionally, a selected evaluator and mentor for the Columbia School of Business and contributor to the Chemical Education Foundation and New Rochelle School District.

Currently, Ephraim resides in New Rochelle, New York with his wife Oshi and two young daughters Aya and Ela.
