Elliot M. Wolf is the Production and Supply Risk Management and Compliance Lead at Syngenta Crop Protection, LLC (Greensboro, NC; Email: Elliot.Wolf@syngenta.com), where he is responsible for risk management of seed-production and chemical-formulation operations in North America. His work focuses on risk management, operations research, supply chain management, and chemical process safety. Previously, he was a corporate risk engineer and a development engineer with NOVA Chemicals, Inc., and a manufacturing technology engineer with DuPont Dow Elastomers, LLC. He earned a BS from the University of Pittsburgh and an MS from the University of Delaware, both in chemical engineering, and an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. He is a member of the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences.
StephenKlejst currently serves as the Deputy Managing Director at the NationalTransportation Safety Board. In this position, he supports the ManagingDirector in the day-to day operation of the agency. Prior to his promotion to DeputyManaging Director, Mr. Klejst served as the Director of the Office of Railroad,Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Investigations. In this capacity, he wasresponsible for directing the investigation of accidents that occur onrailroads, pipelines and accidents involving hazardous materials. Mr. Klejstjoined the Safety Board in November of 2008 as a Railroad Accident Investigatorwhere he served as the Investigator-In-Charge of both major and regional investigations.
Priorto joining the Safety Board, Mr. Klejst served over 30 years with NJ TransitRail Operations and Conrail in both freight and passenger railroad operations. AsNJT’s Deputy General Manager, he was responsible for accident investigation,regulatory compliance, employee occupational health and safety, passengersafety, quality assurance/quality control and all technical and operations training.Before his promotion to Deputy General Manager, he served as the Director ofTraining, Manager of Labor Relations, Manager of Technical Training and RoadForeman of Engines. Mr. Klejst began his railroad career with Conrail in 1978 wherehe worked as a trainman, conductor and locomotive engineer.
Duringhis career, Mr. Klejst was an active member of several American PublicTransportation Association (APTA) committees including the Rail SafetyCommittee, Commuter Rail Safety Subcommittee and Human Factors Subcommittee. Hewas instrumental in the development of APTA’s first Manual for the Developmentof System Safety Program Plans for Commuter Railroads and the development of uniformtraining standards for commuter railroads to support the implementation of the FederalRailroad Administration’s (FRA) Qualified Maintenance Person regulation. Mr.Klejst also served on the steering committee for the FRA pilot project on CloseCall/Near Miss incident reporting and as the chairman of a TransportationResearch Board technical panel on alertness and fatigue mitigation strategies forthe transit industry.
Mr.Klejst received his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University ofPennsylvania and a Master of Science degree in Management from the StevensInstitute of Technology.

Over his career, he has held roles in engineering and materials management in the pharmaceuticals industry and in software development and program management for the automotive industry during the dot com boom. Mr. Boulware is also currently an active guest lecturer for Rutgers University’s undergraduate and graduate Supply Chain program.
Mr. Boulware will be sharing his recent real world experiences in taking on the task of developing a enterprise-wide Logistics Strategy for International Flavors and Fragrances Inc.
He is also a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management, and is listed in the Who’s Who of International Logistics Professionals.

Reggie is a member of the American Trucking Association, National Tank Truck Carriers and has served on the advisory board of the Trucking Profitability Strategies Conference, University of Georgia. He is a board member of Committee of 100 Louisiana. Reggie is a founding board member of Hope for Opelousas, a Christian ministry focused on helping the under-resourced residents of Opelousas, LA. Serving on the Board of Lafayette Central Park offers the opportunity to benefit Lafayette and all of Acadiana.

Prior to his current teaching and innovation coaching roles, Dave gained twenty years of diverse operational and strategic experience in senior supply chain leadership positions at Digital Equipment Corporation, M&M Mars, and Ore-Ida Foods, the frozen foods division of H.J. Heinz.
Dave holds an MBA in Business Logistics from Pennsylvania State University and a BS from Northeastern University in Business Logistics.

Randy has served with the American Chemistry Council since 1991. During his career with the Council, he has served in various positions during which he worked with leading chemical companies to develop industry-wide safety and performance improvement initiatives and as an industry advocate to public policy makers on chemical industry transportation issues. In 1998 Randy was charged to lead the Council’s CHEMTREC organization and, in 2004, turned his attention exclusively to CHEMTREC to assist industry in addressing emergency response challenges.
Prior to joining the Council, Randy served for more than 20 years as a U.S. Coast Guard Officer during which he specialized in marine safety and environmental protection.
Randy holds a BS Degree in Marine Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California.
