Paul Lord is a director with the industrial value chain group in Gartner Supply Chain Research. His research covers strategy, trends and best practices for inventory and supply chain management within process manufacturing industries. Mr. Lord joined Gartner following the company’s acquisition of AMR Research. He joined AMR Research after a 25-year career in the chemical industry which included roles in R&D, operations planning, distribution management and product-line management. Mr. Lord holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Lehigh University, a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. from Lehigh University.
