Richard Boulware, MBA, CPSM, was recently appointed to the role of Director, Global Logistics. In his new role, Rich will collaborate with procurement, planning and operations to streamline inbound, outbound and intercompany material flows delivering improved levels of cost control, process governance and trade compliance. In his 12 years with IFF, Mr. Boulware has held various positions in IFF’s Supply Chain organization. Mr. Boulware has been an active leader in post-merger supply chain strategy, strategic sourcing, SAP master-data management and global supplier relationship management.

Over his career, he has held roles in engineering and materials management in the pharmaceuticals industry and in software development and program management for the automotive industry during the dot com boom. Mr. Boulware is also currently an active guest lecturer for Rutgers University’s undergraduate and graduate Supply Chain program.

Mr. Boulware will be sharing his recent real world experiences in taking on the task of developing a enterprise-wide Logistics Strategy for International Flavors and Fragrances Inc.
