It takes a lot of work to keep your customers happy and complaint free. You have to deliver the right product to the right place, on time, in the right condition, package and quantity (with proper
documentation and invoice). Of course, there are tangible benefits when you have a high perfect order rate – being able to carry less inventory, shorter cash-to-cash cycle times and fewer stock-outs. On the flip side mistakes can be costly: increased shipping costs, the need for replacement products and lower revenues due to lost sales & customers.
